Built in 1969 by International Car for the Norfolk & Western Railroad as a steel C31P center cupola caboose. Retired and sold into private ownership who a great job restoring the caboose. Some of the car details include excellent body & roof (roof needs painted), propane heating stove, propane cook top, propane refrigerator, original seats and desk, original sink and toilet, sanded and stained floor, all seats have been reupholstered, roller bearings. The seller has documentation showing the car operated out of the Blue Field, WV and Roanoke terminals.
